This review is truly how I want every client to feel. I feel that it is extremely important for a lawyer to be there for his or her clients. I do my best to answer the questions of my clients as soon as possible, I also ensure that my staff is in constant contact with our clients. We have a rule in the office that a client is supposed to be contacted every three weeks while they are still receiving medical treatment. Even after they are done treating, they are supposed the be contacted every four weeks. These updates helps us learn more about the progress of the case and also about the client’s pain and suffering. Once we obtain this information, we are able to present it more accurately to the insurance company when it comes time to demand compensation. have also found that the increased communication helps out clients get their questions answered. I never want a client wondering what is going on with their case. I appreciate this review because it sums up the work that we do quite well.
