Handling car accident injury claims is a specialty of mine. Over the years, I have handled countless claims and had many satisfied clients. When I handle a car accident injury claim, I make sure that I come up with a strategic plan from the outset. I then monitor the case and communicate with the client. Once the client is done with medical treatment, I prepare a demand to the insurance company. We typically give the insurance company 30 days to respond. Once we received their offer, I then negotiate the claim to a resolution. Only if the insurance company does not present a fair offer do we file a lawsuit. If we have to file a lawsuit, I will handle that case to its conclusion. Some law firms refer their lawsuits out to other lawyers. You will never have that problem with us.
